Here we receive support requests and direct them to the concerned ICT personnel for resolution.

How to submit a support request

serviceThere are two ways to submit your support request to ICT department service desk.

 1. Fill in a work order form in navision and submit it to the icthelpdesk

     and a mail will be sent to ICT who will in turn address the issue. 

 2. Alternatively write an email addressed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. describing the problem

    you are experiencing. The request will be logged at the service desk and directed to the           rightful ICT personnel to provide a solution.

Stay safe and compliant

  1. Change your passwords regularly, at least every three months or immediately you notice that your password is compromised.
  2. Use strong passwords at least eight characters with a combination of digits and letters and special characters like *, @, etc.
  3. Do not use the same password for multiple sites so that incase  one account is compromised, the others do not get affected.
  4.  Deactivate or delete dormant accounts .
  5. Do not open mail attachments whose source you do not know or looks suspicious. Also do not heed instructions to reset email account password. Similarly do not provide personal data vie email request from unknown sources.
  6. Do not share your passwords with anyone or use passwords whose hints cants can be concocted from your social media posts.
